During 2003, F. H. Crocker & Co in conjuction with the parent company J. H. Lidstone Ltd, were contracted by The Kier Group to carry out the rendering and decorative mouldings to the external elevations of Clifden Gate, a new build of luxury apartments. The original buildings were burnt to the ground and the design brief was to match Gothic architecture on the surrounding/adjacent properties. Through studying photographs and the neighbouring properties, the design features were reproduced using specially formulated mixes and renders.







The results, shown here, are a fine example of the attention to detail and of the high standard of workmanship continually achieved by
F. H. Crocker & Co's tradesmen.
